They are impossible to deal with. Withdrawal of my TSA account has gone on for over 2 months. Every time I talk to them I get new requests for information. And I have been denied several times based on divorce Decree that they are not mentioned in, and you have to call daily to get updates. Worst company experience ever. I feel like I am constantly being told reasons they cannot release my funds.
They continue to spam my email even after I unsubscribe. Avoid.
I've been in the process of trying to move my money from Voya to one of the largest financial companies for almost 4 months. It should be very simple, however, we seem to keep running into road blocks. First, all documents need to be faxed or mailed to the company. No email communication or document delivery is possible. No communication at all. The worst. Then give info and then call back...I gave you the wrong info earlier. This was years ago. Her father was excellent .
