If I could give this company negative stars, it would be infinite negative stars. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I needed to rollover my 401k to another and they told me that I couldn't. I would have to terminate the 401k. I was like okay. They needed to send my previous employer something he needed to sign. He signs it. Horrible, does not know how to invest
Where do I even begin. WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Not only do they require a minimum of 5-10 business days to do ANYTHING, they also will not follow up about information you might need. What should have been a simple claim turn into a circus. GLEN, Greg, Raf, Zay, Vanessa , and ANNA the supposed account MANAGER (YIKES!!!) should all be ashamed of the kind of service they provide.
