Horrible, does not know how to invest
Where do I even begin. WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Not only do they require a minimum of 5-10 business days to do ANYTHING, they also will not follow up about information you might need. What should have been a simple claim turn into a circus. GLEN, Greg, Raf, Zay, Vanessa , and ANNA the supposed account MANAGER (YIKES!!!) should all be ashamed of the kind of service they provide. Voya is the Worst company on the planet! Their inept and incompetent staff makes me want to reach out and advise Everyone to Never put your $$ in their hands!!! Not even worth 1⭐️!!
I'd honestly give zero stars if I could. I started a 403b with Voya and have since left the company I started with. It has been like pulling teeth to get my money from them. Fees are outrageous, customer service sucks. It has been three weeks and I am still waiting on my check. I will never trust this company with my money ever again!
