In my experience of dealing with 3 other notaries in Gatineau so far, this has been the worst and most expensive experience and it was not by choice, as the buyer had selected the office. As the seller, we paid more than what you would as a buyer and speaking to the buyers, they were shocked by the invoice and disappointed in their own choice.
