Your best bet to get an answer is to go to the office. Don't EVER call them you'll be on hold forever!!!!! It doesn't matter what time you call they DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! If there was another cheap public transportation service for my wife I would use them. Votran has a monopoly in volusia county and they do as they please.
The bus services has gotten ridiculously terrible this past year. They've taken away most every half hour rides, which a bunch of us need. They know a certain bus is late, it see them pull into plaza, but the next bus you need is driving off before you can get off the first bus, making people late for work. Missing an hour of work hurts people's pockets. So disappointed in Votran. It's not a once in a while thing that occurs. It's daily for some people. Now they want to take away Sunday buses!?
