The bus came on time but I wasn't ready at time of pickup. I called back at 11:30 to notify I was ready. The dispatcher informed me that she will let the drivers know I was ready. HERE IT IS 2 HOYRS LATER, EEN ON HOLD FOR 28 MINUTES AND STILL WAITING 😡😤. This new system is awful if you're not ready at the original time of pickup. Needs improvement!!!!!
Many terrible drivers, just look at the turn over rate and all the new training drivers.
Awesome drivers professional alot of times to ride bus runs early and late 7 days a week clean non smoking anywhere on property fun and happy drivers love taking bus saves money better than owning a car. Thanks votran
