Absolutely horrible. One of the worst Drs I've ever seen. Dr. Voss did not take me seriously and dismissed all my symptoms as pyschiatric. 3 months later I lost my ability to walk, even feed myself, was bedridden and in a wheelchair with up to 10 seizures a day and needed 24 hour care. My "psychiatric" problems were finally diagnosed and turned out to be a severe and life threatening condition. I was referred here last minute on a Friday at 4pm for a custom hand brace. The staff welcomed me in and helped me even though they were closing early for a staff Christmas party. They also stressed the importance of coming back ANYTIME if I needed the hand braced adjusted for comfort. Connie was so kind and helpful.

Dr. Voss was very distant and makes it impossible for a patient to feel comfortable with her. She immediately disregards all of my concerns. I've been there twice, and each time I felt like I wasted 2 hours of my day, while only speaking to Dr. Voss for a few minutes. She speaks with no interest and lacks enthusiasm, very dry. A huge role a physician has is to educate their patient about their area of concern, and this is something I found Dr. Voss to lack. I will definitely no longer attend this office.

All of the previous reviews are spot on!!! I seem like an inconvenience every time I go in. If you need a referral, good luck!!! There is even a sign on the wall stating unruly customers will be removed. Obviously they're pissing people off here.
