These folks are fantastic. Have been using them for a few years and they are great but they have a new tech, John, and he truly cares about providing great service. Great hire and I highly recommend the company. I use them for my annual generator maintenance which gives me great comfort going into hurricane season. John made sure everything was working perfectly!

Vortex is an EXCELLENT company. I have worked with Jamie and his team for 9+ years. Jamie initially serviced an existing Generac unit and several years later we replaced it with a larger Briggs & Stratton unit. I am enrolled in their annual maintenance program and have never had any issues with either their office, service or installation staff. They installed a 60kw whole house generator for us. They did it all from soup to nuts and it is wonderful. Great experience. We will use them at our next home for sure. Great service and great product. We loved the fact that they got everything done, from pad, to electrician to permits, to crane to install, etc. One stop shopping with full service. 2 thumbs up.
