On January 2026, I called this company to perform routine maintenance on a home generator that was working properly at the time. The unit had a green light when I called. After the technician visited, I noticed a red light and an error code. I looked up the code, which indicated no oil in the engine. I called the company back to report the issue. These folks are fantastic. Have been using them for a few years and they are great but they have a new tech, John, and he truly cares about providing great service. Great hire and I highly recommend the company. I use them for my annual generator maintenance which gives me great comfort going into hurricane season. John made sure everything was working perfectly!

Vortex is an EXCELLENT company. I have worked with Jamie and his team for 9+ years. Jamie initially serviced an existing Generac unit and several years later we replaced it with a larger Briggs & Stratton unit. I am enrolled in their annual maintenance program and have never had any issues with either their office, service or installation staff.
