I had a full service on my Giant Trance X and am very happy with the results. I had to get my suspension sent out to Cane Creek for a rebuild, so I wanted everything else on my bike gone over as well. Every aspect of my ride feels smoother, more responsive and just more fun, because I can trust my machine and the work speaks for itself. Thanks Brian!
I had a great experience at Vortex Performance Cycles! Brian, the owner, got me in right away to replace a tube and tire on my bike. He fixed it while I was there, and it was a pleasure chatting with him as he worked. Great service, quick turnaround, and a genuinely nice guy—I'll definitely be coming back for any bike needs. Highly recommend!
I've repaired my bicycles myself. This is primarily a one person business although a 2nd person is part time. My only complaint is that it can take longer to get my bicycle back, but the repair was done well. No major complaints. He repairs e-bicycles as well as standard bicycles. I did not have any significant problems and his price was reasonable.
