I had a great experience at Vortex Performance Cycles! Brian, the owner, got me in right away to replace a tube and tire on my bike. He fixed it while I was there, and it was a pleasure chatting with him as he worked. Great service, quick turnaround, and a genuinely nice guy—I'll definitely be coming back for any bike needs. Highly recommend!
I've repaired my bicycles myself. This is primarily a one person business although a 2nd person is part time. My only complaint is that it can take longer to get my bicycle back, but the repair was done well. No major complaints. He repairs e-bicycles as well as standard bicycles. I did not have any significant problems and his price was reasonable. I stopped in to look at children’s bikes for my granddaughter. While the selection was limited they did have a perfect bike for our needs. Brian offered good advice and the price was very fair. There was no pressure to buy. I’m certain the bike will work out well and I’m happy to have them nearby. Bill

I took my bike to this shop and when I walked in there, there were old junky bikes everywhere flipped upside down. You couldn't even walk. The area where the guy does his work was totally disorganized. I left my bike there which turned out to be the biggest mistake. I took it there to have the front and back derailleur adjusted. He sends me an email with the price. Then after he gives me the price he tells me I need a couple other parts. He calls me and tells me my bike is done.
