We ordered the Erina bar table and the matching Archie bar stools. These products are very well designed and the quality was great. We had a small issue with the tabletop and their team promptly replaced it at purposeful speed and made the whole thing super easy. Shout out to Tanu and Doug — both highly communicative, helpful, patient, and provided 5-star-worthy customer service.

I purchased a chair from Vorsen that arrived quickly but was poorly packaged and I found that the chair had a visibly scuffed powder-coated leg. I reported the damage immediately, but instead of promptly replacing the item, Vorsen initially offered a small partial refund, which I declined since I expected a new chair in perfect condition. Although a replacement was eventually delivered about a week later, the process was unnecessarily difficult, leaving me disappointed and hesitant to order from Vorsen again.

I recently purchased two Olivia armchairs in Vintage Tan from Vorsen, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The quality of the armchairs is excellent, they're beautifully made, comfortable, and look fantastic in my home. The customer service was super efficient, keeping everything simple and hassle-free. Delivery was incredibly fast too, arriving within just a couple of days. I highly recommend Vorsen for their outstanding products and excellent service.

So impressed with Vorsen from start to finish!! The Chippendale chairs arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise and they were extremely well packaged. The quality far exceeded my expectations, they are super comfortable with great lower back support! So mid century, they are sublime!! Thank you so much.

Very disappointing experience. The stools delivered were clearly a different timber tone to what was advertised online. I raised the issue politely, provided additional photos, and kept the items in perfect condition, yet was met with dismissive responses and zero willingness to reach a fair compromise. What should have been a straightforward customer service interaction became unnecessarily difficult and frustrating.
