Fantastic customer service from Vorsen. I ordered 3 bar stools of which 1 arrived damaged. Donna from their Sales team immediately arranged a replacement, at no extra cost to me and communicated efficiently throughout the process. I now have the most beautiful, comfortable and child friendly (so easy to wipe down!) kitchen bar stools that everyone compliments me on. The quality of your products is exceptional but your customer service really was 10/10!
Loved my dinning chairs light weight and looks great with the dinning table. Delivery to Sydney was so quick, good communications. They even send a proper invoice with the goods.
I ordered two side tables in July with an 8 week lead time, they were delayed twice and didn’t arrive until the end of November. Customer service was responsive, but the tables showed up in a completely different colour than originally listed. The colour name on the website was changed without any notice, which felt very misleading. This lack of transparency was extremely disappointing, and I won’t be shopping here again.
I recently purchased 8 Natalie Chairs in Vintage Charcoal and I couldn’t be happier with them. The quality is exceptional — solid, well-made, and they look far more expensive than they were. Comfort is a 10 out of 10; everyone comments on how nice they are to sit on. They’ve completely modernised our timber square dining table and transformed the whole dining area. Highly recommend these chairs to anyone looking for style, comfort, and great quality!
