I ordered two side tables in July with an 8 week lead time, they were delayed twice and didn’t arrive until the end of November. Customer service was responsive, but the tables showed up in a completely different colour than originally listed. The colour name on the website was changed without any notice, which felt very misleading. This lack of transparency was extremely disappointing, and I won’t be shopping here again.
I recently purchased 8 Natalie Chairs in Vintage Charcoal and I couldn’t be happier with them. The quality is exceptional — solid, well-made, and they look far more expensive than they were. Comfort is a 10 out of 10; everyone comments on how nice they are to sit on. They’ve completely modernised our timber square dining table and transformed the whole dining area. Highly recommend these chairs to anyone looking for style, comfort, and great quality!
Bought this dining chair for my husbands office , colours are perfect and he didn’t want an “office” chair , he loves it and says it’s very comfortable
I ordered 4 Lennox kitchen chairs for our new kitchen island, and while it’s always a gamble, wondering what will turn up when you order online, the chairs were just perfect. True to the description, great quality and so very comfy to sit on. The beautiful solid smooth timber makes the chair look so luxurious and the colour ensures that the chair suits any kitchen. Highly recommended!
This is the 2nd time that I have purchased from Vorsen - LOVE LOVE LOVE their stools. Previously I purchased the Leroy & have now purchased the Paris (in the Pistachio) for my mum. They are different to everything else that is in the market. Quality, aesthetic (IE PRETTY!), pricing and all customer service is on point. I have recommended to a lot of people already. Def recommend!
