So impressed with Vorsen from start to finish!! The Chippendale chairs arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise and they were extremely well packaged. The quality far exceeded my expectations, they are super comfortable with great lower back support! So mid century, they are sublime!! Thank you so much.
Very disappointing experience. The stools delivered were clearly a different timber tone to what was advertised online. I raised the issue politely, provided additional photos, and kept the items in perfect condition, yet was met with dismissive responses and zero willingness to reach a fair compromise. What should have been a straightforward customer service interaction became unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. I have purchased a side table and a kitchen stool from Vorsen. Both experiences with their service have been exceptional. I almost ordered the wrong size chair, but they contacted me first to confirm. Additionally, the pieces are gorgeous.
Fantastic customer service from Vorsen. I ordered 3 bar stools of which 1 arrived damaged. Donna from their Sales team immediately arranged a replacement, at no extra cost to me and communicated efficiently throughout the process. I now have the most beautiful, comfortable and child friendly (so easy to wipe down!) kitchen bar stools that everyone compliments me on. The quality of your products is exceptional but your customer service really was 10/10!
