I have been searching for an outdoor sofa for a few years. Each time I find one I show my husband only for him to reject it for a plethora of reasons. It has truly been a battle. We ordered 2 funky armchairs online which we received within 3 days and we live in Grafton NSW so a little out of the way of main cities. We are so impressed with the quality of the product and services we will shop here again as a preference. It’s nice to receive purchases on time, especially when compared to a recent purchase from Harvey Norman which took almost 4 months to receive despite earlier delivery assurances.
Outstanding delivery service from a recent purchase of the beautiful and well made Lincoln chair. Order was placed on Friday afternoon and delivered on Monday. The entire process exceeded my expectations, and I am particularly impressed with the delivery driver's meticulous attention to detail. This level of service is rare and greatly valued. Could not be happier with our bistro school kitchen stools in sage. They are sturdy and stylish and extremely good value. We had contact from Vorsen to check whether we wanted bar stool or kitchen stool height (we had initially ordered the wrong height) and delivery was seamless and friendly. Highly recommend.
