I have been a client for 8 months, and Catrina is amazing! I have been doing red light therapy and massages. She is well informed, about all areas of her expertise, constantly educates herself, and passes that knowledge on to her clients! The red light therapy has been extremely helpful for pain in my hands and feet, after many years of abuse from physical labor. So glad I decided to do the red light therapy. Stubborn fat is so hard to lose. Red light therapy is helping me get it done. The staff, led by Catrina, is wonderful! I look forward to my appointments each and every week. Give them a call!

Great! Red Light Therapy and massage (separate, but able to do both at the same appt) . Catrina has helped significantly w a couple of painful tight muscles. About the Red Light, while this is an emerging treatment, Catrina is very well informed on the research and safety. I drive 50 miles to go see her, because she, and what she does, is worth it.
