This is THE SMALLEST Vons I've ever seen.
Vons on Cliff Drive doesn't have enough staff to meet customers' needs. At 6pm tonight, there were two cashiers working hard with over 18 people waiting at each register. The credit card machine in one was held together with duct tape. On other occasions, teen age boys who were bagging groceries were sullen and on their cellphones. This is a great 'hood with appreciative residents but the corporate managers are not serving us well. Montecito VONS is completely different!
