The self checkout audios are waaay to loud! It’s infuriating. Other than that this is a great Vons and always has a great variety of products in stock.
Terrible and Discriminatory Customer Service! I had an absolutely awful experience at the Vons at 560 N. Glendale Avenue today. I went to do a return and was treated with pure hostility by the supervisor, Jannette. She publicly humiliated me by asking five times in a row, "Tell me the truth, did you use these items before?" making it seem like I was lying in front of a line of other customers. Had a discriminatory attitude from the Vons supervisor Jannette. I asked her to refund for the return I had but she stated asking me tell me the truth if you really used the items that I had purchased before. She continued the same question 5 times and I literally felt very sad and angry about her behavior before every others customers watching me.
