I always have a great experience with Drive Up & Go at Vons, and Julie is a big reason why! She is consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She does an amazing job selecting thoughtful substitutions in the app when items are out of stock, which I really appreciate. Always check your receipt for correct prices. About 20% of the time I find discrepancies in the advertised on sale or club member prices and actual charges. Whenever I catch it and complain to a clerk they seem unconcerned and I get the impression this happens very frequently to others as well. I have also complained to Vons Corporate contact via the online form but have not gotten any response.
