Most of the staff are very upbeat and friendly. They are helpful and courteous. I shop there often and enjoy receiving the double discounts on my favorite items, as I have the Vons mobile app. It actually works, just be sure to take your phone in with you as you shop and scan the barcode when there is a digital tag.

If you get their coupons, they have some really decent prices on meat. Otherwise, most of their stuff is too expensive. Staff our usually friendly for the most part.
