I go to this Vons all the time and today after a long road trip we bought fried chicken and the guy behind the counter was rude. Was mad we bought more than a pound of chicken. We bought several different types of chicken and gave us attitude. I then asked to get Mac and cheese and he turns to his coworker and starts talking about us right in front of us. If you should ever want to see an employee who could teach staff about the best possible customer service, look no further than Calvin. He has been so helpful to members of my family for many, many years. And our grandchildren are learning how to treat patrons properly, with great patience, just from watching Calvin in action. Checker Diedra you treated my mom so poorly when it was you who made the mistake. Before becoming a registered nurse I worked with Marvin and very surprised he allows such incompetent staff. You should be ashamed of yourself for treating elderly so poorly. But it’s ok. Karma will get you.
