The lines here are just terrible. Also security needs to do a better job about allowing certain people come in. Last time we came here someone walked in who was clearly mentally ill holding a baseball bat, as well as shirtless men running around screaming at people. The lines are terrible all the time. Expect to wait in line for an hour as they go across the store. They really either need to staff more cashiers or build self check out. It should not be this slammed all the time.

Customer Service Complaint I was in the store picking up my wife’s order when I needed some assistance. I approached an employee named Jonathan, who was wearing glasses, and asked him if he worked there. He responded, “Yes, I work here.” I then asked him if he could help me. Instead of responding or assisting me, he simply continued walking away. As he was walking away, I continued speaking to him and even said hello, but he completely ignored me and continued walking.
