They always have minimum lanes open. And tonight they have no lanes open. Only self check out. Quite frustrating with a huge order. Even worse. Tommy is causing a whole scene. Moving extra slow and the whole line is getting frustrated with him. Y'all need better training and more lanes open. This is ridiculous. The person ahead has 5 items. He's been at the register for 9 mins and 50 seconds. And still waiting. He's yet to call a manager or be proactive.
