Customer service is no existent here. I’ll be wandering long the dairy section looking for something and I can’t find it. So I’ll ask an employee “where’s said item? I walked fairly and couldn’t find it?” The response most of the time is “it’s in the dairy”. No one is willing to help out at all. There’s multiple cashiers who just pull up a chair and sit there without a thought flowing in their head. Walk up to cashier “how’s it going?”, just a blank stare with no response. Kudos to Daniel in the Deli department at the 1000w El Norte VONS. I was shopping on Wednesday July 22, and realized when I got home that my deli ham was missing. I returned to the store and it was not to be found at checkout or held aside. Daniel was very courteous and prompt in validating my receipt, then cutting and providing another portion for me with a smile. Good job Vons for people like Daniel!

The Vons in Carlsbad is the best Vons but the new Ralph’s is even better… it is corner La Costa and El Camino Real. Vons is still good will have everything at good prices and quality and after all… it comes with a smile… thank you!
