Long lines with only 1 or 2 open cashier's Very nice customer service like Ray however they are way too slow. Shouldn't spend 10-15 mins in a line being rung up with only 2 people in it Consistently terrible line lengths and the cashier's act like they are sleeping or just in robot mode. Please do better Either train cashiers better to be faster and more efficient or open up more lines/hire more workers
I recently had to use Western Union. I haven't used Western Union a couple decades so I wasn't sure on how to accomplish my task at hand. Luckily there was a lovely lady named Marina who went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of + monies were sent to the correct entities.
