"Supervisor" Rosa was no help. I was trying to use my coupon and it wasnt going through. I was in self check out. She said she didnt know why it wasnt working and stepped away to another register. So I went to her register so she can charge me. She said she needed ny account info and told me they dont use online only the app and was making it seem like that was the problem.
