Im writing as a customer at SLO vons since opening day, and before that when Scolaris. I am writing to express the decline in a pleasent shopping environment- audibly. Tried to have a cake delivered to my college student, but they don’t do that. Tried to pay for it over the phone and have someone else deliver it, but they don’t do that. Worst customer experience in a long time. Vons needs to step into the 21st century. Too bad zero stars wasn’t an option.

So for a grocery store, this was an excellent experience. Got every thing I needed on my list, and as usual tons of things I didn't need right away. That being said the store was well stocked and clean. Staff was friendly and I felt good about the products availible for purchase. The items, you could tell we're all handled with care. Stop in try this place out!
