After not getting my delivery yesterday, Driver said I wasn't home. We just had got grub hub delivery & we're handicap & always home & I been getting Von's delivered for a couple years & even if the driver was new they could have called me, & Even the customer service agent couldn't get the driver on the phone so after not getting my stuff & set up for re delivery today I finally get my stuff & as soon as I feel my tomatoes I know they left them on the truck all night & they feel stewed, I usually get pretty good service fro... read more
Friendly staff we did not have their vons card for the special they gave us the special any way.
This store and I go way back ...20 years for me and family. Vons has a style and staff of human beings that are real live ☆☆☆☆☆ assets to the community of ours. Great people in a great tradition of Grocery Giants ... VONS YOU ROCK.
Watch out for the young brunette that wears black rim glasses in the FLORAL DEPARTMENT; she's not customer friendly or helpful and I witnessed her being rude to a customer that left the flowers and walked out; the regular person in charge of that dept was off and she does an awesome job as the rest of the employees for the exception of this one girl!
