Went from Nashville to memphis. Absolutely amazing! So comfortable! Tina was great and so pleasant. A coach company can not be held responsible for bad roads. Prefer this to flying.

I’m giving three stars based on the seat being comfortable. It would be 2 stars based on the overall experience. We recently took Vonlane from Nashville to Memphis and had the unfortunate experience of the attendant Candice. Right from the start we found Candice abrasive, matter of fact and not a warm friendly person at all. In fact it was a polar opposite of your safety video shown on the bus. This was my second trip from Memphis to Nashville on Vonlane. The first trip was fast, comfortable and convenient, and the meal (10am) was excellent. However this second trip was awful. I've never experienced a ride so shaky, bumpy and loud. Good thing there was no meal served (2pm) as I had motion sickness the whole time. And forget trying to sleep. I'm thinking the busses need some serious suspension repair! Also I was disappointed that neither the driver nor the attendant acknowledged the situation. Very unpleasant.
