This was my second trip from Memphis to Nashville on Vonlane. The first trip was fast, comfortable and convenient, and the meal (10am) was excellent. However this second trip was awful. I've never experienced a ride so shaky, bumpy and loud. Good thing there was no meal served (2pm) as I had motion sickness the whole time. And forget trying to sleep. I'm thinking the busses need some serious suspension repair! Also I was disappointed that neither the driver nor the attendant acknowledged the situation. Very unpleasant.

I was asked to move to another seat. I was told where I was sitting distracted the driver. Very confused. Then we had an hour delay because of a wreck ahead

This my second trip from Memphis to Nashville. The first was nice, fast, comfortable and convenient, with a really good meal. This time it has been awful. This bus has a SERIOUS suspension problem! And either it was the same bus both ways, or you've got more than one bus that needs repair! I've never experienced a ride this bumpy and noisy! It's a good thing there was no meal service or they would have needed to serve dramamine as an appetizer. And forget trying to sleep! I'll think twice before I book Vonlane again!

Riding the Vonlane bus from Memphis to Nashville. Lunch was supposed to included in the ticket price. They didn't serve lunch. Apparently, they served lunch to some people, then run out. When I went back at 12:45 to find out when we were going to get lunch the attendant said they didn't have enough meals so I couldn't get any. She didn't even offer an extra bag of chips, which were sitting right there on the counter. So now I arrive in Nashville, mid-afternoon and have to go buy my own meal well after lunch time. A fantastic journey between Nashville and Memphis. Safely driven by Frank and exceptional service by our attendant Mel. We were offered blankets and lots of snacks and drinks as well as a fresh and tasty lunch. A great way to travel which exceeded our expectations.
