Jason was such a cool dude!! He helped me not only jump through some hoops as a 1099 to get my first house but he also helped me for the future if I need to qualify again with some tips and tricks! Dude called me more than anybody else in this process and constantly gave me updates! Great freaking dude!
We had a different sort of loan. Jason and team were able to figure everything out and the process went quickly and smoothly. We recommend him and would use him again.
David was great to work with. Treated me like family and was on top of everything.
Jason was awesome! Got me a way better deal than some others I was working with and put some money back in my pocket while doing so! Highly recommend!
Vonk lending did an amazing job for me the whole way through my purchase process, I could not be happier! Jason and his team got me all closed in record time, the day my offer was accepted I was closed I 2 weeks to the day! I highly recommend Vonk lending and will definitely use them again!
