The drivers are great but the office don’t seem to have much empathy for the families. They cancel to have Christmas parties they say both vans are in the shop but the don’t even try to get volunteers for the clients. Especially when family members have appointments. My father who is a diabetic sat in emergency for 3 hours waiting for me to come home from an appointment in Toronto. I asked if they could call a volunteer, so they said they did and no one was available. I’m not impress with the office.
Helped my sister who died of cancer in June. Great ppl
