My Wife and I have a Volvo XC60 and we are new to the area, we needed to get an oil change and tire rotation. Instead of taking it to those grimey Jiffy Lube people, we decided to take it to Volvo themselves. When my wife arrived, they told her they would not work on her vehicle. Im only giving them three because they took me a day early but they told me when light turn green ill be unloaded and the bol will be at the window we'll theres close and its still a red light and my trailer is locked to the docked and there door are locked can't talk to no one I dont known if they forgot about me or my trailer is not finished being unloaded they could at least told me there bit finished but I think they forgot about me and forgot to hit the green light
