Richard the program manager is a liar and looks at you as a number and a paycheck. Heloisa the therapist also does the same. She will agree upon a plan and then change it and lie to you as well. They also never respond to your emails. The staff that runs groups do seem to care but not the actual therapists or management.
I give them 0 stars. I had an incident with a man who claimed to be the CEO of the place. He was in the parking lot using vulgar language at me for no reason. Bad ceo in all aspects
Your volunteers almost ran me in Walmart parking lot. Teach them how to drive!
I have been a client with VOA for 3 years and counting. I am lacking the words to fully describe how grateful i am for the support i have received from VOA! The case managers i have had have all been so good to me, but hands down the case manager i have more, David Witt, is nothing of not ahhhfreakingmazing! The level of support is unmatched! These guys are a joke!! Do not use them or believe a thing they say..they have a " homeless outreach team" that should be renamed homeless screwover team..they are so nice and caring to your face and tell you all these great things there going to help you with .but it's all lies..they keep important mail from you even when you have proof it's been delivered there you still will not get it.. especially if the know it's your food stamp card .they want us to either freeze to death or die from hunger or food poisoning from the e... read more
