I’ve never had any serious issues with Volunteer bank. Sarah Pagel and Barbara Foster are wonderful, sweet people and they are always so helpful. This is a really trustworthy bank and setting up accounts is very simple and easy.
Predatory bank with horrible customer service skills from every level of management. I’ve never been charged so many fees and if you happen to fall on a hard time, they will continue to charge you every single day you don’t have money.
