I had a great experience at Volunteer Bank. I opened a business bank account and the entire process was smooth, fast, and very professional. The branch manager, Angel White, was absolutely excellent. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was explained clearly. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I won't be a customer with this bank start later this week after 10 years of dealing with the nonsense of this place, a whole weekend system update with no access to debit cards, atms, balance checks or anything, just denied transactions everywhere I go. You'd think a bank would communicate better with their costumers that they'd have 0 access to their money for 72 hours ... Asinine
Been here 10 years and it's been nothing but trouble, I've got to get a new debit card every month because the chip goes out constantly, leaving me without money so many times I am going elsewhere
