We are a big deposit business customer and while the people here are GREAT, the service is not. Their app crashes often. One minute they say you can use debit card on/off features, then it doesn't work. We rarely have to chargeback something and one time we do, they are very, very mean about it not working to the best interest of the customer. Its sad really.
Refused notary services to one of their own clients who is elderly because they were afraid of notarizing a document they didn't understand. Understanding the document isn't the purpose of a notary. They thought they had to close a loan and we tried explaining that the documents that needed to be notarized were only for witness of signatures and verifying identity.
