First day with my aids, but choosing Volume Audiology over Costco or other dealers was absolutely the right thing for me. Ray is very knowledgeable, communicates well, is friendly and puts you at ease. Reasonable cost and very personalized, prompt service. Feeling positive about this!
Ray is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. He has helped me and my mom. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. We both could not be happier!! We both highly recommend Volume!!!
If I could give a ten out of ten, I would. I had so much earwax clogged up in my ears. Kaiser's audiology centers are all the way in Seattle/Puget Sound, and that would've been a weekend trip, maybe. I was only there for 30 minutes and I can hear clearly again. Ray's a nice dude as well - I told him I made the mistake of using q-tips and he was pretty understanding. Would recommend again.
Ray was very informative and made learning about how the aids function, “not a cure” like glasses but an aid. H explained things and I wanted to learn more. Now that I have my new hearing aids I know I won’t skip wearing them. Even at home when it is quiet. The hearing aids are comfortable and have made a big difference. No more blaring tv
Ray is a professional in the best sense of the word. I feel very confident he has my best interest at heart whenever I’m interacting with him. A real find in today’s social environment.
