I needed inner ear molds done to be sent off. This audiologist was super nice, professional, and knocked them out quick. In addition, he's an absolute nerd for his job-- I'm an engineer and we geeked out on the 3D modeling software, 3D printers, and some other really cool technology he uses daily. If you want someone that's up to speed on the latest and greatest and isn't an old, gray haired guy in a lab coat, then this place is what you're looking for.
It's been a few years since I've been dealing with poor sleep quality. Any little sound would wake me up. I started looking into ways to wear earplugs during the night, which was great to muffle the sounds but I was left with pain as I'm a side sleeper. Dr McNiven recommended custom ear plugs and I wasn't sure at first because of fear of pain due to me sleeping on my side. From my audiogram to my fitting, Ray was patient, professional and understanding. He loves his work, and if you are interested, he will explain all of the nuances of hearing loss. I found it to be fascinating. Ray will work with your insurance company, and your budget to find the most appropriate devices for your particular needs. I highly recommend him!
