I brought our ebike in with a flat tire. We tried to fix it once ourselves and failed. Joe got us in quickly and not only fixed the tire but gave me some great feedback on the bike and safety concerns he had. Will definitely go back with any additional needs!

I stopped into Volton Electric Bicycles while passing through town, looking for a rearview mirror for my scooter. My scooter uses a proprietary mirror mount, so most universal mirrors don't fit. Joe listened to what I needed, thought about it for a few seconds, said, "Hang on," disappeared into the back, and came back with the perfect solution.
