Bought an e-bike for my son’s birthday on Amazon last month. His bike was essentially unusable, due to brake issues. Joe was able to tune-up the brakes and make other adjustments for better performance and safety. The work was done quickly and was priced fairly.
These guys are great and helped me out a bunch, taking up their time, and didn't charge me a dime!
Took a bit to sort things out on getting a replacement part, but Joe was great throughout.
Drove there for an hour to find closed doors. Called his business number and left a message, then went on his website and dude finally answered in a chat telling me that he is out on some bike show until next week. How hard is it to go on Google maps and update your hours??? No notes on the door either. He obviously doesn’t care about potential customers wasting their time. Also, It’s not even a real store, more like a warehouse in commercial area.
Joe rebuilt 2 battery packs for me. New lease on life for my hand vacs. Great work!
