Took a bit to sort things out on getting a replacement part, but Joe was great throughout.
Drove there for an hour to find closed doors. Called his business number and left a message, then went on his website and dude finally answered in a chat telling me that he is out on some bike show until next week. How hard is it to go on Google maps and update your hours??? No notes on the door either. He obviously doesn’t care about potential customers wasting their time. Also, It’s not even a real store, more like a warehouse in commercial area.
Joe rebuilt 2 battery packs for me. New lease on life for my hand vacs. Great work!
Fixed my electric bike ( non Volton) on the fly. Great service and they know their stuff. 10/10
Had him retro fit a fat tire bike with a 48 volt motor a few years back to use on my hunting property. Pleased with the service and quality of work done in 2022. Following up today on 8/5 I had an issue with no power to the bike despite being fully charged. After an email chat (which was answered on a Sunday afternoon) a drop off time was scheduled for Monday.
