Fixed my electric bike ( non Volton) on the fly. Great service and they know their stuff. 10/10
Had him retro fit a fat tire bike with a 48 volt motor a few years back to use on my hunting property. Pleased with the service and quality of work done in 2022. Following up today on 8/5 I had an issue with no power to the bike despite being fully charged. After an email chat (which was answered on a Sunday afternoon) a drop off time was scheduled for Monday. I have a one of a kind fat tire mountain bike. Out of Warranty the Bafang M600 motor started acting up. I feel so lucky to have found Joe for Bafang motor repair. I tried many other shops and no one wanted to repair it. It wasn't a easy process but Joe kept me in the loop and now the beast is ready to go . And for that....thank you Joe Mitch
Had a dead bike battery and was told by my bike company 2 months to get. Called Joe and got a reconditioned for 1/2 price in one day. THANKS!!!!!!!!!
Poor and next to non communication had to email 4 times and VM, but no response. I am sure they going to try to make excuse, but poor customer service is not acceptable. If your, out of town, dead -> set up OOO out of office message dah
