Incredible service very informative on information about specs builds of bikes and repairs highly recommended to purchase E-bike tech here
I was looking for a specific bike and only this location sold it. I was a little hesitant due to reading some of the reviews that I saw, but when I walked in, I was made to feel very comfortable, very seen and heard, and their technician Gary was just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only did I show up close to closing time, but he also went above and beyond and stayed longer than they were open and helped me out. I ended up buying a bike from him. Thanks so much, Gary you’ve been a huge help.
I bought an elegant from him and while trying to decide which one would best work for my wife's bike the owner was really great in explaining certain difference. Got some free bags with purchase. Great store to deal with.

I see why the ratings are so bad. There are other e-bike shops in town. Go... read more
The mechanic is easy to talk too about sales and repairs . The other man not sure if he is the owner. I'm on the fence how he would rate
