5 stars is not even close to what sweet Katy deserves!! She deserves ALL the stars! A little over a year ago, I was desperate to find someone to help me with some unwanted hair.....fun times right?? I highly recommend Kate for all of your electrolysis needs. I was nervous at first because I thought that I would have needed someone who specializes in African American hair removal, however that was not the case. After doing extensive research on the process of electrolysis, I finally reached out to Voltaire Electrolysis! Katy was so nice and knowledgeable about the process, and I also loved how truthful she was about it as well! Electrolysis is also great for African Americans! I’ve been going to Voltaire for almost a year and I can honestly say it was the best decision I have made concerning unwanted hair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Katy is very professional, while also very personable. The environment at her office is very inviting and not intimidating, that other offices may be. Electrolysis is not an overnight or a one and done type of thing. It takes time for the hair cycles of each hair to be permanent zapped away.
