I was really excited to upgrade my saddle and work with Voltaire — I’ve always admired the brand. Unfortunately, the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. I ordered a saddle from them (aurthur) not liking the saddle I have tried to get someone to respond to me regarding the return. I have has no response what so ever from the company or their sales person. I will now have to dispute this transaction $5,352.20. Don't waste your hard earned money with them. If you are not satisfied they will ghost you.
Contacted for saddle info a few years ago and they were going to try to stick me in a 17in saddle that was used and go from there. Desrcibed weight and height but the fitter never showed up and didnt contact me for weeks so I figured it wasn't a company I wanted to deal with. Well, 17" would have left me swimming (I wear a 24-26 in breeches and am 5') as I described the 16.5 saddle I have as having plenty of extra room in the seat. I ride a 15 3/4 in another brand so super glad I went a different route.
