Had a great Experience with my son needed Some parts for his bike
I had a flat tire on my bike and took it to Voltaire to have it repaired. When I picked up my bike I was told that there was a dent in the rim and it there was a 70% chance it would not hold air. I took it work the next day and sure enough the tire blew out on my way to work. I then went back to the shop and purchased a new tube to try the repair myself. Bought an e-bike for my wife from Voltaire a couple months ago. Heard something rubbing and took it back up there. They were awesome in terms of customer service and taking care of the problem at no cost to us. My wife mentioned she thought it came with a bell and they immediately put one on at no charge. Initially they even offered to pick the bike up from our home when we were having trouble loading it in the car.... just anything they could do to make for a good experience. So very much impressed!
