Be careful if you purchase a bike from this company! I’ve contacted the personnel at the Osprey shop as I was due for my first year service. Kept getting the same reply each time and that was that they didn’t have the personnel to pick up my bike…. What kind of business plan is that? Very disappointing indeed so make sure you have the ability to take your bike to the shop yourself as Voltaire Bikes is NOT going to help you…..
I purchased my bike about a yr ago and was told per warranty to bring it back in before the yr was up for maintenance. I did on a Saturday morning that afternoon I came back to see that it had been put in for service and because my husband was in the market for a new E-bike. Anyhow after my husband tried several bikes we left and I was told that Mike bike needed brakes and they were going to change out the key port since when I purchased the bike I never received the key.
