Don’t think I’ll ever visit this store. Some guy answered and mid sentence he hung up on me to help another customer.
I'm surprised that they have a rating in the 4's. I've never experienced a less helpful and less friendly staff, UNBELIEVABLE.
Just got off the phone with one of the gentlemen and the gentleman was super unprofessional. Answer the phone with super rude "Hello" and seemed annoyed I was calling.....get better customer service buddy....I know it the end of the end but come dude.
Chuck and his assistant are terrific!!!! Sat down for coffee to discuss bikes and ended up buying TWO!!! They are extremely polite!!!! And I will always take my business to Voltaire!!!!
