As I am shopping for a new e-bike, I remember the interaction I had with the owner here when buying 2 of our last bikes and why I am not going back to Volatire. Initial buying experience was fine and polite and speedy. After a problem with the battery we went back and I asked a newbie question to get the response "Do you think I don't know what I am talking about? Look around I have 30 e-bikes here." Great Service! Our son lost a lug on the front axle of his Ebike. Tried to find correct lug at auto parts store w/ no luck, funky size, hardware store the same.... Called Voltaire and they said to drop in and they'll do their best. Arrived, 15 minutes later we were good to go w/ minimal cost. Chris is the man!!! Thank you
