I'm a disabled senior citizen and rely on bicycle transportation year round. Highly Skilled technicians, Guarantees their work 100% of the time. Has even transported my bike and purchased lunch while I waited for repairs.
Was looking for a hard to find bike and found one at Voltaire's website. I called to confirm and they answered on the second ring, walked over to the bike to confirm. Transaction was simple, shipping was fast and reasonable price, and communication follow up was excellent. Thanks Chuck!

I can't speak highly enough of the quality and knowledgable service Chuck performed last Thursday on my 1000W mid-drive fat tire Lancer. Last summer I brought it into another shop to flash the Bafang BBDS controller due to an error code 30, wire connections all seemed fine, a Google search suggested a firmware flash to fix this problem. I've been riding my bike for 200 miles and thought that I was just a bad bike rider and I take my bike to ride to you for repairs and they charge me a fraction of the price and tell me that Voltaire put my bicycle together incorrectly. My handlebars were 2 in off center! How can you allow a 250 lb 50-year-old female? Leave your store with a bicycle that nobody should be set up to ride and you charged me five times.
