Chuck and his assistant are terrific!!!! Sat down for coffee to discuss bikes and ended up buying TWO!!! They are extremely polite!!!! And I will always take my business to Voltaire!!!!
Friendly, informative and helpful. So pleased to have great local support on ebike stuff and always impressed with the variety of inventory.
I attempted to get my ebike repaired by the original place of purchase. They said they couldn't 'source' the proper equipment...so I brought it to Voltaire. They fixed it in a day. They were a pleasure to deal with. Professional and Intelligent. (not inexpensive) but the value in the final outcome was worth it.
