I had a fantastic experience at Voltage Bikes! Chris and Mary aren’t just business owners—they’re true e-bike enthusiasts. Their customer service was refreshingly old-school, with patience, knowledge, and genuine care. I purchased the Veloric Nomad 2 and can’t stop riding it! Ride on friends.
Mary and Chris are the best! They helped us with a very easy purchase of our two Velotric D2s. No assembly fees! Great test ride accommodations. The service did not stop after our purchase. They have very graciously helped us out with some questions including an off hours “emergency” situation. We highly recommend Mary and Chris for your e-bike needs!
Absolutely love Voltage Bikes! Mary and Chris are wonderful people. Always friendly, always welcoming. It is a fun place to drop in for a social visit too when out riding. We couldn’t be happier with our bike purchases and rentals when family and friends come to visit.
Excellent service! I brought in a bike I bought online and they assembled it for me and tested it. The bike wouldn’t fit in my car so the owner put it in his truck and followed me how to drop it off at my house! Excellent service! I will definitely make my next e-bike purchase from there store. What an awesome local family business!
