Absolutely incredible service! Purchased my e bike here and when I popped my tire they took care of me in 30 minutes! Inflated my tires to the correct pressure and fixed my handle that I put on backwards. I'll never go anywhere else for my e bike needs!
We didn’t know anything about the shop before we walked in to check out their E bikes. We were blown away by Mary and Chris’s knowledge and helpful suggestions and ideas about their bikes. I don’t think it’s overstating it to say by the time we decided on and bought our two Velotric Nomad 2 bikes we felt like we had made two new friends. Lovely people with incredible knowledge of the industry and each bike they sell. Can’t recommend them more highly. What a gem to have this shop in Bucks County!
I really would like to give zero stars but that’s not an option. Communication with the owner and his wife is next to impossible. My husband has a Velotric bike and the handlebars were clicking. The hoops and several calls and attempts we had to go through just to drop the bike off should have been the first red flag. It all began many months ago when my husband stopped by to see if they could help with his bike. He tried to show the owner a video of the problem, but he didn’t want to see it. Exceptional, service, E-bikes and the kindest owners! If you haven’t visited Voltage Bikes I recommend that you do - you will not be disappointed. We stayed out too long and when darkness set in, the owners rescued us in their vehicles. Our conversation on the way back to their shop was full of gratitude and lots of laughs. Thank you Voltage Bikes for a memorable day!
