Spent 5 mins on hold. Some one kept picking it up and putting me back on hold. Not once did they answer and ask me to hold.
Our experience with Volpe was mixed. There were aspects of the firm that we appreciated. The client portal and overall systems for communication and document sharing were well organized, and the administrative side of the practice was generally handled professionally. However, our matter was a complex litigation case involving construction and commercial law issues.
