I had the same problem as the last reviewer however I called them and it didn t take quite that long. My problem with them is they are not selling what they state on their advertising. I called into them and they said that they no longer sell that type of net that s on the webpage. If that s the case then why is it on there. I am also getting a lower cable to the net because they gave me the wrong net. When my sister first called in to see what s going on they said they did it because of the weight.
