Cam is excellent! Personable, helpful and efficient!
Very happy with the whole experience. Starting from Cara our sales person helping us go thru a smooth process. Hana and Rick are the best! Jason made it so easy for when we came in to sign all the paperwork.
Shopping at Volkswagen of Fall River was really a very wonderful experience. They provided a comfortable atmosphere with no pressurized sales tactics, and gave me the time and space to determine whether the deal was the right one for me. They also worked very hard to give me what I think was the best deal they could put together, understanding my needs and interests. Cara was extremely helpful, as was everyone else I dealt with there. Really good dealership.

I recently took my vehicle Fall River VW for the first time for a warning light. They had to keep the car overnight so Raymond was very helpful with arranging transportation and kept me up to date on the warranty work.
