We had a great experience here. Veronica was fantastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. Jonathan was also excellent. Very professional dealer, no haggling or aggressive sales tactics. They explain everything clearly so you know what you are or are not getting and leave it up to you to decide. I would definitely go back and highly recommend!
I made an appointment to look at a car when I got there everyone there was more than kind to me and they let me bring my dog in as well. They got one for my dog and treated me very nice. I don’t like going to dealerships and I was a little skeptical about making an appointment at this dealership, but they turned my world around completely. They were fantastic!
I genuinely cannot believe the experience I’m having at Audi Fall River right now. I’m traveling on vacation when my car battery suddenly dies. Normally not a huge deal, except on my 2021 Tiguan the battery has to be programmed by a dealer after replacement. To make matters worse, it’s Memorial Day and every dealership around was closed.
