Recently meeting Vicki at a networking event, it was immediately apparent her passion for her work in memory care. Speaking about the topic character that is both knowledgeable and truly has a passion for what they do to provide the wonderful service to the patients and families she works with.
We rate VOLANTE as 5 stars across the board. The facility is very comfortable and clean. The entire staff is kind, caring and professional. The quality of care is top notch, the food is very good and the activities are tailored and enjoyable. Relative to some other recent experiences VOLANTE is in a class by itself. We could not be happier with the personal attention and care provided to our mom.
We looked at many places for my father and selected the Gardens. My mom was very protective of my dads care and has very high standards. Frankly, she was blown away by the care and the personal touch they showed both my dad and my mom. She would not stop raving about the care from the nurses, the aids and all the staff. He was able to pass away in a loving environment and with dignity. My entire family would recommend this team and facility.
