Recently was lucky enough to experience Kambo with Liz And it was a beautiful experience. Liz is an expert in her area of practice and does an amazing job of creating a safe and healthy environment for her clients. She is beyond knowledgeable and does an amazing job of alleviating any fears or concerns that you might have. She is a master at holding space and helping people expand and heal.
I have suffered from very severe back pain for years after my time in the marines. I have been coming here and working with Elizabeth and am so grateful that I have gotten my life back. I am able to enjoy the outdoors and spend time being physically active again. Thank you so much for everything you have done and continue to do.
Such a great experience with Elizabeth! My little one enjoys her time too. Every time we have a session we leave so relaxed and feeling so much better. Would highly recommend a session!
Out of the two other craniosacral massage therapists that I have been to, Elizabeth was by far the most knowledgeable and relaxing. She went through the science behind craniosacral technique, and by the end of the session I felt like I had woken up from a year long nap. She has a very healing a rejuvenating touch, and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.
Incredible expertise and professionalism. I always leave relaxed and feeling well cared for. Elizabeth is amazing at both massage and craniosacral therapies.
