Originally I was quite happy with Voipline. The Hosted PBX is good, while a bit clunky, its ok once all setup. However my gripe is that they sell junk HW and don't stand behind the products they sell. I bought 3 DECT handsets from them and one completely failed after only 13 months, and it was only lightly used for only the last 2 months before failing. They won't support it as its "out of the 12 month warranty". No offer to help me just long emails saying it was the manufacturer warranty so they cannot help. Very shortsight... read more
Their service is really good and very affordable. We have been using it for the last 2 months and haven't faced any issues so far. It's a bit difficult to understand in the beginning, but their support team is available 24/7 and guides very well.
The only way to go with Voipline - super fast to change call diversion, manage phone system and they look after you.
