Great product and support :)
Good experience with the team at VoIPline, they have been helpful and fast to respond, their system is clean and pretty easy to use with a good level of customisation - you have complete control over the call flow. Note that it can be a little bit tricky to work out how to set it up originally, but once you work it out it's good. They were also more affordable than our previous supplier, and their webphone app is (mostly) intuitive, apart from transferring calls (shouldn't need to know everyone's extension numbers)
Excellent support received from Umair, greatly appreciate the care and expertise offered.
Super happy so far. It was a little fiddly initiially, but once I spent a bit of time to set myself up, I have been really happy since. I love the data on the dashboard showing me call times / answered / unanswered, I never had that on Skype and this way it's super motivating. I can't wait for SMS to be rolled out on the mobile app.
