Nice addition to the neighborhood friendly people and neat art work on their building. The inside is also very nice they did a great job remodeling.
They have so many cool events in Dubuque.
Saw a wonderful exhibit here by a gifted artist and poet, Steve Parlato. His work was called "They Are Not Disposable". Beautiful and touching. And the venue was a lovely showcase for this, and other works.
I attended an event yesterday at Voices Studio in Dubuque that spotlighted African-American artists, and I was genuinely moved. Having recently relocated to Galena from the Chicago metro area, I had no idea this space even existed—what a beautiful surprise. Whoever is behind Voices Studio clearly cares deeply about the community.
