Joely is absolutely wonderful! She took my disaster hair, which was damaged and stained with previous color (a bright/deep red which faded to a not so cute pink) to a pretty blonde that I did not think was achievable! She is also just generally very sweet and fun to talk to. My hair apts will be with Joely going forward! She must have magic powers to have been able to fix the mess I had going on!
