lovely, longlasting boots – I was lucky enough to purchase a pair of second-hand Vogel boots nearly 10 years ago. They still look beautiful today. I have met Hank Vogel at horse shows and he is a hoot. When my Vogels finally kick the bucket, I will certainly go to them for a new pair! Love my boots.
NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE – I HAD A PAIR OF CUSTOM RIDING BOOTS MADE YEARS AGO FROM THEM, THEY WERE MADE 2 TIMES AND BOITH TIMES THEY WERE WRONG, I PAID $600,00 FOR THEM BACK THEN AND THE PEOPLE THERE WERE RUDE AND WOULDN'T LISTEN TO ME WHEN I TRYED TALKING TO THEM. I EVENTUALLY SENT THE BOOTS BACK (BECAUSE I COULDNT WEAR THEM) AND THEY NEVER GAVE ME A REFUND, I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM THEM.
