Has to be the worst customer service ever. Have been a loyal customer to Vodafone for nearly 20 years and just half an hour in this shop was enough to send me running to the nearest competitor. Bad advice, bad customer service & misleading information. The guy serving me was obviously bored out of his head - spent the whole time yawning and sighing. Absolute worst experience. I needed to get an eSIM for my mother. I contacted both phone and chat support in advance and was explicitly told to go to a store. I took half a day off work, brought my mother with me, and presented her ID at the store. From the outset, I clearly explained that we needed help setting up an eSIM. The staff member listened, then proceeded to charge €20 without explaining what the charge was for, as if the request had already been completed. We paid, assuming this was part of the eSIM process.
