Deplorable company, would not use them even if they were free! Cant keep to their own time lines and good luck getting anyone on the phone to assist.
Worst experience I've received, when I arrived at my place of business driver was there waiting with pallet unload. My company pays extra for driver to bring in pallet, when asked if he would be bringing in driver raised his voice stating " I already put my pallet jack away". I notified him that we pay for and drivers always bring in the pallets. He responded with "do you have a pallet jack if not I cant help you and if i open my truck back up I will charge you." The Delivery driver on the road was driving terribly bad, he was making a delivery near Sam Houston Blvd in San Benito TX today at around 9:45a.m. Called the phone number and the lady answering the phone hung up twice. I belive their phone does not work.
Delayed and they kept lying about the ETA and where it was on route, horrible experience for my first time
