Everyone I’ve spoken to aside from Jose is patient, courteous and respectful. He goes so far as to make calls and harasses people as late as 8pm long after business hours. He will make threats and demand you send proof of XYZ to him when IT’s people in other departments who need that information. Online banking interface is not friendly. I have an auto loan through them. They charge $5 for each paper bill unless you sign up for online payments. They remind you of this by sending you a notice that your account balance is in a deficit. So yesterday I decided to save some money and go paperless. Except one thing. You can't make a payment online. You have to deposit money into your account, then transfer funds from the savings account to the loan account. Luckily they have a mobile deposit feature.
