I joined this bank via the merger with vocality credit Union. First thing I noticed was, some of the employees seemed far less friendly than vocality, and it felt like some of them hated their job and treated the customers accordingly. Others were just downright rude. It wasn't long before, mysteriously, I kept getting faulty charges on my card despite the fact that I never give out my card info and I'm careful where I use it. AVOID this institution, and an "institution" it is! I'd recommend a local bank over CFCU! If you want a credit union that appreciates and values you, choose Redwood Credit Union instead. At CFCU, you can expect every rigmarole and anti-customer "policy" you'd get at any big bank. Some of their staff are very cool, but most are rude and act like you are there to serve THEM.
