This is hands down the worst bank around! Horrible customer service and when you have an issue they try turn it around on you and tell you there’s nothing they can do! Avoid the bank avoid all their hidden fees and go to another bank!
Walked in the Ukiah branch bright and early when they opened. Angie called me right over and was able to complete all my transactions with ease. She made sure I was aware of the advantages of keeping my savings in a CD and went over the rates so it can grow until I need it. Everyone in the branch was cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Not impressed at all. Can’t login to my mobile app so I went to call to check my balance. Ai couldn’t recognize my card number so I called Customer service only to waste my time as they tried putting me on a wild goose chase. No one should have to go through that to check your balance when you can’t access your online banking. I joined this bank via the merger with vocality credit Union. First thing I noticed was, some of the employees seemed far less friendly than vocality, and it felt like some of them hated their job and treated the customers accordingly. Others were just downright rude. It wasn't long before, mysteriously, I kept getting faulty charges on my card despite the fact that I never give out my card info and I'm careful where I use it. AVOID this institution, and an "institution" it is! I'd recommend a local bank over CFCU! If you want a credit union that appreciates and values you, choose Redwood Credit Union instead. At CFCU, you can expect every rigmarole and anti-customer "policy" you'd get at any big bank. Some of their staff are very cool, but most are rude and act like you are there to serve THEM.
