Came to VOCAL for assistance with submitting 3 claims. After seeing them numerous times and going through the depth of those 3 traumatic events, I find out over a year later (when Victims Services have processed the claim) that VOCAL only submitted for ONE out of 3 claims and due to this I have run out of time to claim for the other 2, leaving me out of pocket thousands for acts of violence against me. Absolutely appalling.
The team have consistently gone above and beyond for mutual clients. Working regularly in the criminal justice space, I genuinelly appreciate having a local based organisation I can refer clients to, for additional court based support when I am not working local. Wish I had access to this calibre of service when I travel.
Great service and such a helpful team! Would recommend anyone that is in need of care and support to VOCAL.
